I was not only miserable physically, I also felt bad that I wasn't able to maintain the pace I was used to at work, nor could I keep up with my kids in ways that I wanted to. So you see, I know what it's like because I was there! AND, I also KNOW that it doesn't have to be that way!! I experienced an amazing transformation. I don't collapse anymore.
